đ§Ş Cleanse 1: Juice-Based Liver Flush
Ingredients:
4â6 tablespoons of cold-pressed, virgin olive oil
1 quart of prune juice at room temperature
½ gallon of pure cranberry juice (no added sugars or other juices)
Optional: Fresh vegetable or fruit juicesâ
Preparation:
Pre-Cleanse Diet:Â The day before the cleanse, avoid mucus-forming foods such as meat, fish, dairy, and eggs.â
Morning (6:00â8:00 AM):Â Drink 8 ounces of prune juice mixed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.â
8:00 AMâ12:00 PM:Â Every 30 minutes, alternate between drinking 8 ounces of cranberry juice and 8 ounces of water.â
12:00 PM (Lunch):Â Repeat the 8 ounces of prune juice with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.â
12:00â4:00 PM:Â Continue alternating cranberry juice and water every 30 minutes.â
Optional:Â If you feel overly sweetened, substitute one of the juice servings with the juice of 1â2 lemons mixed with water.â
4:00â5:00 PM:Â If bowel movements are loose, you may stop the juice and water intake.â
6:00 PM:Â If the colon is not moving loosely, repeat the prune juice and olive oil, and continue the juice and water intake into the evening.â
Post-Cleanse:Â Maintain a mucus-free diet for two days following the cleanse to support continued detoxification.â
đ Cleanse 2: Olive Oil & Grapefruit Liver Flush
Ingredients:
½ cup of light olive oil
Juice of one fresh red grapefruit
4 teaspoons of Epsom salts
Juice of one lemon
16â32 ounces of water

10:00â10:30 PM:Â Lie down and remain still. If nausea occurs, sip the juice of half a lemon every 30 minutes.â
6:00 AM (Next Morning):Â If bowel movements have occurred, drink 16â32 ounces of water mixed with 1 tablespoon of sea salt and the juice of a lemon. If not, repeat the Epsom salt mixture.â
8:00 AM:Â If not done earlier, consume the water, sea salt, and lemon mixture.â
8:30 AM:Â Perform a baking soda enema using Âź teaspoon of baking soda in 16 ounces of water.â
