🌞 Why Liver Cleansing Matters

The liver plays a crucial role in detoxifying the body, metabolizing nutrients, and maintaining overall health. Incorporating natural liver cleanse protocols can support these functions, especially when combined with a balanced lifestyle.

🧪 Cleanse 1: Juice-Based Liver Flush

Ingredients:

  • 4–6 tablespoons of cold-pressed, virgin olive oil

  • 1 quart of prune juice at room temperature

  • ½ gallon of pure cranberry juice (no added sugars or other juices)

  • Optional: Fresh vegetable or fruit juices

Preparation:

  1. Pre-Cleanse Diet: The day before the cleanse, avoid mucus-forming foods such as meat, fish, dairy, and eggs.

  2. Morning (6:00–8:00 AM): Drink 8 ounces of prune juice mixed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

  3. 8:00 AM–12:00 PM: Every 30 minutes, alternate between drinking 8 ounces of cranberry juice and 8 ounces of water.

  4. 12:00 PM (Lunch): Repeat the 8 ounces of prune juice with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

  5. 12:00–4:00 PM: Continue alternating cranberry juice and water every 30 minutes.

  6. Optional: If you feel overly sweetened, substitute one of the juice servings with the juice of 1–2 lemons mixed with water.

  7. 4:00–5:00 PM: If bowel movements are loose, you may stop the juice and water intake.

  8. 6:00 PM: If the colon is not moving loosely, repeat the prune juice and olive oil, and continue the juice and water intake into the evening.

Post-Cleanse: Maintain a mucus-free diet for two days following the cleanse to support continued detoxification.

🍋 Cleanse 2: Olive Oil & Grapefruit Liver Flush

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Morning: Consume a fat-free breakfast and lunch consisting of complex carbohydrates, vegetables, and fruits. Avoid dairy, oil, fat, and meat.

  2. 2:00 PM: Finish lunch by this time and refrain from eating or drinking until 6:00 PM.

  3. 6:00 PM: Drink 6 ounces of water mixed with 2 teaspoons of Epsom salts and the juice of half a lemon.

  4. 8:00 PM: Repeat the Epsom salt mixture.

  5. 10:00 PM: Mix ½ cup of light olive oil with the juice of one fresh red grapefruit. Stir and drink quickly.

  6. 10:00–10:30 PM: Lie down and remain still. If nausea occurs, sip the juice of half a lemon every 30 minutes.

  7. 6:00 AM (Next Morning): If bowel movements have occurred, drink 16–32 ounces of water mixed with 1 tablespoon of sea salt and the juice of a lemon. If not, repeat the Epsom salt mixture.

  8. 8:00 AM: If not done earlier, consume the water, sea salt, and lemon mixture.

  9. 8:30 AM: Perform a baking soda enema using ¼ teaspoon of baking soda in 16 ounces of water.

  10. 10:00 PM: Repeat the baking soda enema to ensure limited reabsorption.Evidence Based Cleansing

Dont Miss an Adventure

My journey into the world of wellness began when I was 6 months old, and was diagnosed with Glaucoma in my left eye.

After losing the battle, and the eye when I was in 4th grade, I started focusing on ways to heal the body from a very young age.
